Terms & Conditions

We offer hair, skin, nail, makeup and men's grooming services. Service details and prices shown on the website or social media are indicative. Final prices depend on hair length, product used and the service chosen, and are confirmed at the salon before the service starts.

• Appointments can be booked by phone, WhatsApp or in person.
• Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may shorten the service or reschedule it.
• Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.

• Please inform us at least 4 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Package or special-occasion bookings may require an advance payment. The advance amount and its refund or adjustment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

We accept cash, UPI, debit and credit cards. Payment is due when the service is completed, unless an advance was agreed.

Services once performed cannot be refunded. If you are not satisfied, please tell us within 3 days. We will review the concern and, where reasonable, offer a correction at no extra charge.

• Please tell us about any allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy, medication or recent treatments before your service.
• For colour and chemical treatments, we may recommend a patch test 24-48 hours before.
• We are not responsible for reactions caused by information not shared with us.

We expect respectful behaviour towards our staff and other clients. We may refuse service in case of misconduct.

Please take care of your belongings. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items on the premises.

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Siliguri, West Bengal.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
